Ainsley Simms, B.S
Ainsley Simms received her bachelor’s degree in psychology, with a minor in sociology, from Tennessee Technological University. While at TTU, she developed an interest in psychology through her volunteer work. Her passion has continued to drive her and she is currently pursuing her master’s degree in clinical psychology at Middle Tennessee State University. She was a golf collegiate athlete and her drive shows in her work. These two passions, athletics and child development, guided her to embark on research to look at the relationship between parenting styles, performance anxiety and burnout in collegiate athletes.
She is native to Maryville, Tennessee (near Knoxville) and loves living in Nashville! In her free time, Ainsley enjoys playing golf, reading, and fitness.
Ainsley is working under the direction of Dr. Andrew Rozsa and Eleanor Ezell, LCSW.
