Elizabeth is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Child and Family Therapy Collective. She specializes in treating anxiety disorders and disruptive behavior in children ages 4–12.

A Nashville native, Elizabeth earned her Master of Social Work from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, and returned home in 2019 to serve local families. She has worked with children and families in a range of settings, including Centerstone, Rogers Behavioral Health, and Currey Ingram Academy.

At Currey Ingram Academy, Elizabeth led group therapy and social skills groups for students with anxiety, autism, ADHD, and related challenges, helping them build the confidence and skills to engage more fully with the world around them. That school-based work grounded her in direct, practical intervention and gave her a deep understanding of how children experience friendships, learning, and family life.

Elizabeth is especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent children, and her neuroaffirming approach shapes every part of her work. She joined CFTC to focus her practice in the therapy room, pairing her years of hands-on experience with evidence-based care to help kids and families thrive.

Elizabeth is dedicated to evidence-based care and ongoing professional growth. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), has a special interest in Parent Management Training (PMT). She is currently a PCIT Therapist Trainee in our PCIT Clinic Training Program. At CFTC she provides individual therapy, family therapy, PCIT and leads executive functioning groups for parent and kids.

Outside the office, Elizabeth loves spending time with her husband and two children, staying active with her dog and tending her flower garden.
