General Information
Child and Family Therapy Collective is a growing, evidence-based practice in Nashville, TN, specializing in therapy for children and young adolescents. Our mission is to increase access to childhood — creating space for the experiences that allow children to learn, grow, and thrive within their families and communities.
We specialize in the treatment of anxiety and disruptive behavior disorders. Our clinicians are trained in PCIT for children ages 2–7, its clinical adaptations as appropriate, and PCIT-SM for selective mutism in both individual and group formats. All clinicians are SPACE-trained and deliver care that integrates the evidence base with the values and context of each family.
Our Assessment Clinic is a vibrant resource for both current and new patients ages 2–18.
Clinic Culture
CFTC is a warm, energizing place to work. We take our clinical work seriously while genuinely supporting the work-life balance of everyone on our team. Clinicians and staff thrive here when they are comfortable working within structured behavioral frameworks and also able to flex into more complex, individualized care when a patient's needs require it.
Alignment with our practice values is essential. We are committed to delivering evidence-based, values-centered care — and to being a practice where that commitment shows up not just in the therapy room, but in how we show up for each other. Our team is LGBTQ+ affirming and neurodiversity affirming, and we live these values in all areas of our work and lives.
